Aufschlussreich findet Robert Fieten diesen Band über die Etablierung von Marken, den Klaus Fog, Christian Budtz und Baris Yakaboylu vorgelegt haben. Die Branding-Experten zeigen seiner Einschätzung nach einleuchtend, worauf es beim Platzieren einer Marke im Bewusstsein des Kunden ankommt: "keine Marke ohne einzigartige Geschichte". Durch eine einzigartige Geschichte entstehe eine emotionale Bindung zwischen dem Unternehmen und den von ihm angebotenen Produkten einerseits und den umworbenen Zielkunden andererseits. "Stories" vermittelten Identität, Werte, aber auch Grenzen. Als überaus praxisnah lobt er auch den Teil über die praktische Anwendung des Storytelling.
